Happy Thursday! As I previously mentioned my family and I have relocated and are now living in Georgia. The thing I’m most excited about with the move is the fall weather. It’s been a long time since we have actually experienced real fall weather so I’m definitely looking forward to the season change and fall fashion.
I had the pleasure of trying out the Pure Jill Collection from J.Jill and all I can say is one word…comfortable! Everything about the Pure Jill Collection speaks comfort.
What I’m Wearing: Kimono Sweater ~ c/o J.Jill | Black Midi Bodycon Dress ~ ASOS (similar here, here and here) | Studded Booties ~ ZooShoo
I purchased the Pure jill kimono sleeve sweater and absolutely love it. I’m wearing the color english moss heather. This sweater provides a light layer of warmth which is perfect for the fall season with so much timeless style. I paired the kimono with a bodycon midi dress and paired it with flat ankle boots and kept it very simple.
This look was super easy to throw together at the last minute and definitely a good piece to add to my wardrobe. Since we just relocated my go to outfits have mostly consisted of comfort here lately, but this kimono added the extra touch needed to this simple black dress. The kimono is made of both cotton and cashmere and is super soft. It’s also great for layering and who doesn’t love layering in the fall.
One thing I will say about the top is that it’s super oversized. I’m wearing a medium and I typically wear a large, but I could have easily got a small for a more fitted look. Do keep in mind that the kimono is meant to be oversized so it just depends on the look you are going for. Another favorite thing about the kimono besides it being uber comfy is the fact that it has pockets. I always love anything with pockets and it definitely gives that extra touch to this simple sweater.
Definitely make sure to check out the Pure Jill Collection. The entire collection speaks comfort and that’s definitely a win-win in my book.
