Hello Lovelies!!
I hope everyone is enjoying their week so far and it’s coming close to an end. So I know I have repeatedly continued to tell you guys that I’m going to back to my regular blog post soon and I have been neglecting my blog completely, but I promise it’s definitely for a great cause š I have been EXTREMELY busy juggling so many things and working on so many projects that I haven’t had the time to fully commit myself to post outfit post or my weekly features (Who Wore It Better and Trend of the Week), but I’m slowly but surely trying to get back into the swing of things and I appreciate all of your patience with me during this time..IĀ ā„ you guys!!
I would also like to say hello to my newest readers and thank you all so much for following *waving hi*!!
First off let me just say that I’m currently close to being “OFFICIALLY” done with grad school..Yaaaayy!! I attended my graduation over the weekend and I’m currently enrolled in my last class right now. My class will be over by mid-November and *clears throat* I will FINALLY be completely done with grad school. What a journey this has been…whew!! Ok so enough of my Rambling and on to what I’m here to share with you guys.
OK!! So the weekend of September 30-October 2nd I went to Atlanta, GA for the annual Sisterhood Conference. Let me back up some..Several months back I found out about Project Curve Appeal/PCA by browsing online and I took interest and loved what the organization stood for. So I looked further into becoming a part of this powerful movement and my life has changed every since. I have met and bonded with some of the most beautiful and talented women that I have encountered in my life. These are my new sisters and I love each and every one of them very dearly. I will include some photos that were taken during the annual Sisterhood Conference to share with you all.

About Project Curve Appeal & Pink City Corp.
The Project Curve Appeal Movement is on a mission to correct the distorted perception of curvy women around the world, while empowering, educating and motivating them to celebrate their beauty, embrace their curves but also live a healthy lifestyle. Their passion is to break down the barriers set by society that tell us what’s to big and what’s not beautiful by using smaller women to market full-figured women products. It was created by our parent company Pink City Corp, but has since morphed into its ownĀ full blown international movement impacting the world like never before.
Project Curve Appeal specializes in uniting plus size women, all respectable trendy vendors that cater to them, men that love them, size acceptance groups that support women with Curve Appeal and other organizations with similar missions through our events, conventions and social media sites. It is the one of the most elite organizations dedicated to developing, serving and empowering full-figured womenĀ on a global scale.
Tell those that want, have, love or need Curve Appeal, that Project Curve Appeal is a membership based organization offering several unique and exciting membership benefits and additional services for the full-figured women community and industry alike. As a multicultural organization they are dedicated to promoting, presenting & empowering positive women with Curve Appeal.
If you are in a city without an active chapter, you can become a model liaison and start a curve appeal chapter in your city just as I did here in San Antonio. I am currently working on growing the chapter here and have a few potentialsĀ who are also interested in becoming a Face of Curve Appeal/FOCA. There are so many opportunities with this organization and I’m taking full advantage of them and going all the way. I love the bond that I share with my new-found sisters.
I am really looking forward to attending the annual Sisterhood Conference again next year, but only this time it will be held in Miami. We had a blast in Atlanta and I can imagine that Miami will be 3 times better. So what are you waiting for head on over to check us out…you will be glad that you did š

Hello,
I am also a Curvy Lady in the San Antonio Area. My husband is also stationed at Fort Sam Houston. I read your blog post about Project Curve Appeal. I was excited to see that you established a San Antonio Chapter. Based on what I read about the organization, it sounds like something that I would love to be a part of. How do I contact you? My email address is [email protected]
