My Thanksgiving holiday was spent in St. Louis with my closet family and friends. I was so happy to be able to share the holidays with them this year considering that for the last 3 years, I wasn’t able to do so because we were living in Hawaii and it was way to expensive to plan a trip home every year. So this year we took full advantage of being able to make the drive to St. Louis from Texas. Now don’t get me wrong, it was a hell of a drive and it won’t be happening again or at least for a while lol. Next time we will just fly, we didn’t realize how long a 12 hour drive really was until we drove it.
We feasted on a delicious moist turkey and ham, dressing, greens, moist and warm delicious rolls, strawberry cream cheese cake, pumpkin pie and much more. Boy oh boy did I enjoy and the food was DELICIOUS. It was just good to be able to enjoy this special time with family and show thanks for all that we have. I was very blessed to be able to share this special day around loved ones. It was good being able laugh, joke and catch up with one another. Those are very precious moments in my life that I won’t ever forget.
My outfit was inspired by the actual colors of fall and just the overall Thanksgiving Feast which includes chocolate/tan/caramel/cognac.
I hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving and Special Time with Family and Friends.
